We Closed on Our House.... and We're Camping!!!

We closed on our house... and we are SOOO sick of the hotel situation... it is MISERABLE being crammed with 6 of us in that tiny space... so we went to Sam's club, bought some Aero blow-up beds, some blankets and pillows and Wal-Mart, and two porta-cribs for the twins... and we are gonna camp out in the house till our stuff gets here!
The house is FILTHY!!! Oh my gosh!!! So this way we can pour bleach all over the place, and scrub every inch before our stuff arrives.... and maybe even get some repairs and painting done... We'll see!
The kids are loving running around the big empty spaces! Haha!

Won't have an internet connection for a while probably.... =(

Fabulous New Ward!

We went to Church for the first time! I think it's going to be great here! I met some wonderful people... The twins were being a little psycho... (how unlikely... I know... teehee!) So I was in the foyer, and met a lady named Angela, who seems really sweet! She has a little girl Ava's age.... so that's great! The Bishop and his wife are wonderful! We're going to their home for dinner... which is nice- since we would be eating out if they hadn't invited us... haha... (Not much else to do when you're living in a hotel!)
Anyway... we're excited about the ward! It's about a 15 minute drive to get to church... that's going to take some adjusting and work to make sure we get there on time! No more running out the door 3 minutes beforehand! haha! =)

Ava's New School! BYPC!!!

I forgot to mention... Yesterday-we got Ava all finished up with registration at her new school, BYPC...and we are SO excited they had an opening!!! Ava starts school at Bedford Youth Performing Center next week! We can hardly wait, and neither can she! This is going to be soooo fun!

She get's to be a part of their extended day program... Pre-School in the morning, lunch, play, and then elective classes for an hour before I pick her up in the afternoon.... So we'll see what she chooses, with the help of her teachers and I for her electives... but some of her options are acting, gymnastics, puppetry, choir, Jazz-Tap, Ballet, intro to violin, piano, guitar....and I can't even remember what else! And then they have seasonal classes- like skiing, swimming, etc. So we can't wait! How fun is that?!
Check them out at http://bypc.org/index.html

New Van!

Woohoo... We picked up our new van today... it rocks! DVD, GPS! (Thank HEAVENS! How else will I find my way across these rivers, around these winding, one-way streets, and through these tree hidden valleys... this is insane! The comforts of grid-happy Utah Streets will be missed.) The doors all open with buttons on my key-chain... the list goes on and on...

So we finally got out of the hotel! HORRAY... and drove around... We drove to the new house, and through the neighborhood, and around Bedford a little... then we tried to find something to eat... but didn't have a lot of luck! We had to drive back to Manchester for food! I don't know my way around Bedford yet! Grrr!

Can't wait till we can get out of the hotel and move in! Yesterday we got locked out of our room- actually the door jammed, and the staff couldn't get it to open and had to call a locksmith... the BAD news was that we were all swimming.... so the babies, Ava, Rachel and I were all in swimming suits... were freezing... the babies were exhausted, desperately needed diapers changed- everyone was hungry.... it was not a happy hour at the hotel. To say the least. So getting the car today so we have the freedom to LEAVE the place if we want to was a very happy thing!!!! Woohoo!!!!! =)

Our NEW Life in NEW HAMP-SHA Begins...

So here we are... in New Hamp-Sha (as the locals, with their VERY thick accents pronounced here...). It is so beautiful here! I am excited... I am anxious... I am nervous... The thrill of anticipation for what lies ahead is awesome! What an adventure!

The plane trip here was never-ending. But... somehow, it did end. We arrived at our hotel, where we will live for a couple weeks until our furniture arrives. We'll see how that goes. =)
